Who we are

Borja Consulting Group, LLC operates this website and the services described on it. If you have a question about this policy or about information we hold, you can reach us through the contact page.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us. There is no account to create and nothing to log into. The site has five forms, and each one collects only what it asks for on screen:

• The contact form: your name, email address, an optional phone number and your message.
• The Elevation enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, what you are raising capital for, and optionally how much.
• The affiliate application: your name, email address, phone number and how you intend to promote the programme.
• The capital readiness assessment: your answers to the assessment questions, along with your contact details.
• The investor qualification form: your answers about your investing experience and what you are looking for, along with your contact details.

Why we collect it

• To reply to you, and to have the conversation you asked for.
• To work out whether a programme or an investment is a fit before either side spends time on it.
• To send you information you have asked us to send.
• To run the affiliate programme, if you apply to it.

Where it goes

Form submissions go into our customer relationship system, which is provided by HighLevel, and trigger an email notification to Dr. Borja or his team. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone who is not helping us run the business.

Services that load on this site

Some parts of the site are provided by other companies. When a page containing one of these loads, that company can see your IP address and may set cookies, in the same way it would if you visited its own site. They are:

• HighLevel, which hosts this site, serves its images and runs the forms.
• Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces the site uses.
• Calendly, which runs the booking calendars where you pick a time.
• YouTube, which provides the episode player on the podcast page only.

Links to other places

The site links out to Amazon, Apple Podcasts, LinkedIn, drbshow.biz and borjacapital.com. Following a link is your choice, and nothing is sent to those sites unless you click. Once you are there, their privacy policies apply rather than ours.

Cookies

We do not set advertising or profiling cookies of our own. Cookies on the site come from the services listed above, and are used to make the forms, the booking calendars and the video player work. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time, though some of those features may then stop working.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and applications for as long as we may reasonably need them, so that we have a record of our dealings with you and can pick up a conversation where it left off. If you would like your information removed sooner, ask and we will remove it.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete what we hold, subject to anything we are required to keep.
• Stop sending you messages, at any time.

Children

This site is meant for adults in business. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
