Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Program Name: Borja Consulting Group Affiliate Program
By signing up to become an affiliate for Borja Consulting Group, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before applying.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Borja Consulting Group Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old and operate a legitimate website, blog, or social media account. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Commission & Payments

Commissions will be paid on qualified referrals who make a purchase using your unique affiliate link.

The standard commission rate is [10%] per qualifying sale (unless otherwise agreed).

Commissions are paid out monthly via [PayPal/Bank Transfer/etc.], once a minimum payout threshold of $1000 is reached.

Any refunded or canceled orders will not be eligible for commission.
3. Referral Tracking

You will receive a unique referral link for tracking.

We use cookies to track referrals for up to 30 days after the initial click.

If a customer clears their cookies or uses a different device/browser, we may not be able to track the sale.
4. Promotion Guidelines
You agree to:

Use only approved marketing materials and messaging.

Avoid misleading or false claims about Borja Consulting Group’s services.

Not engage in spamming, unethical marketing, or activities that harm our brand reputation.

Not bid on our branded keywords for paid ads (e.g., “Borja Consulting Group”).
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of pending commissions.
5. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you are responsible for:

Clearly disclosing your affiliate relationship (e.g., “I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”)

Keeping your contact and payment information up to date.

Ensuring that your marketing complies with applicable laws and advertising regulations.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the program at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms.
You may also cancel your participation at any time by notifying us via email.
7. Limitation of Liability
Borja Consulting Group is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from this agreement or your participation in the program.
8. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to those changes.
