By signing up as an affiliate for Borja Consulting Group you agree to the terms below.

Eligibility
To take part in the Borja Consulting Group Affiliate Program you must be at least 18 years old and operate a legitimate website, blog or social media presence.
Commission and payments
The commission rate is 20% per qualifying sale, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Commission is earned on qualified referrals who purchase using your unique affiliate link.
If your referral pays in full, the commission is earned in full. If they choose a payment plan, commission is earned in line with each instalment they pay.
Payouts are issued monthly, by PayPal, Stripe or bank transfer, depending on your preferred and available payment method at the time of payout.
There is no minimum earnings threshold. All commission earned is included in the next scheduled monthly payout.
Refunded or cancelled orders are not eligible for commission.
Referral tracking
You receive a unique referral link for tracking.
Referrals are tracked by cookie for up to 30 days after the first click.
If a customer clears their cookies or uses a different device or browser, we may not be able to track the sale.
Promotion guidelines
You agree to the following. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the programme and forfeiture of pending commission.
Use only approved marketing materials and messaging.
Avoid misleading or false claims about Borja Consulting Group and its services.
Do not engage in spam, unethical marketing, or anything that harms the brand.
Do not bid on branded keywords in paid advertising, for example "Borja Consulting Group".
Your responsibilities
Disclose the affiliate relationship clearly, for example "I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link".
Keep your contact and payment details up to date.
Make sure your marketing complies with applicable laws and advertising regulations.
Termination
We may suspend or end your participation at any time, including for a breach of these terms. You may also leave the programme at any time by telling us by email.
Limitation of liability
Borja Consulting Group is not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising from this agreement or from your participation in the programme.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continuing in the programme after a change is posted means you accept it.
